| Vladimir Ostrenok, Volodya or Vova, best known by his nickname "OO", is 26 (07/09/72). He is the most handsome of all the COUNTRYBANDISTS and the busiest. He came to play with the musicians when was a schoolboy of 16. He started his musical carrier as a porter of a heavy double bass, which he soon learnt to play with much virtuosity and charm, thus he took up the torch from his friend's hands. The busiest of his fellow musicians, OO is traditionally late for every rehearsal, that is why his ability to pull his hot-tempered leader's nerves is said to equal the ability to pull the strings of his instrument. Vova sings backing vocal, adding his voice to the deep sounds of his bass. Vova's second passion after music is fishing and gardening. In the last summer of the passing millenium he got married and now is an expectant father. |
